Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain all Finance Department files and documents systematically (both physical and electronic).
- Register and archive financial documents (invoices, receipts, contracts, payment orders, cheques, etc.) in the approved filing systems.
- Retrieve and provide required documents promptly upon request from the Finance Department, auditors, or any internal or external parties.
- Update the document control database regularly to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality and document retention policies.
- Prepare periodic reports on the status of files and archives for the Finance Manager.
- Coordinate with other departments when document sharing or review is required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of experience in archiving, document control, or administration (preferably in a Finance or Accounting department).
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
