Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network devices.
Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
Monitor system performance, conduct regular system audits, and implement necessary upgrades to ensure optimal performance and security.
Implement security measures, such as firewalls and antivirus software, to protect systems and data from cybersecurity threats.
Collaborate with other IT team members to develop IT strategies, policies, and procedures.
Assist in the procurement of IT equipment and software, ensuring compatibility and cost-effectiveness.
Train end-users on the proper use of IT systems and software applications.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance organizational efficiency.
Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for reference and training purposes.
Maintain accurate records of IT assets, licenses, and warranties.
Leverage AI tools and technologies professionally to enhance IT processes, improve troubleshooting, and drive innovative solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience working in IT support or a similar role.
Must be a professional AI user
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and cybersecurity principles.
Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus.
