Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for potential buyers and investors

Conduct property viewings, site tours, and consultations with clients

Understand client requirements and offer tailored property solutions

Present, promote, and sell properties to prospective clients

Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent post-sales support

Keep up-to-date with market trends, project details, and competitor offerings

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity using CRM systems
Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, including residential and commercial properties.
Client-Focused: Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Qualifications
+2 years of experience as property consultant in real estate
Relevant bachelors degree
Excellent communication and sales skills.
Strong organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
