Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Define and implement the sales operations strategy in line with company objectives.
Establish frameworks for sales planning, forecasting, and pipeline management to support business growth.
Identify opportunities to streamline operations, implement automation, and drive process improvements.
Performance Management & Analytics
Oversee sales performance measurement, reporting, and analytics.
Provide actionable insights to executive leadership to inform sales strategy and resource allocation.
Drive accountability and continuous improvement through metrics, KPIs, and strategic reviews.
Sales Enablement & Operational Impact
Ensure the sales organization has the systems, tools, and processes needed for peak performance.
Lead initiatives to enhance forecasting accuracy, revenue predictability, and operational excellence.
Influence sales strategy with data-driven recommendations and operational insights.
Qualifications
10+ years in sales operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong expertise in CRM systems, process optimization, and data analytics.
Strategic thinker with excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Proven ability to manage complex initiatives and influence executive decision-making.
