Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Development
Support in shaping Paragon’s brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling.
Develop and refine brand decks, briefs, and presentation materials.
Coordinate with local and international branding agencies on active projects.
Assist in the rollout of new brands and internal programs.
Conduct ongoing research on market trends, competitors, and culture shifts relevant to Paragon’s positioning.
Create short internal reports and benchmarks to support brand and project decisions.
Gather and analyze brand perception feedback (internal and external).
Track emerging global trends in design, sustainability, and real estate to inspire new brand ideas.
Support the VP with insight-based material for presentations and strategic discussions.
Follow up on meetings, tasks, and deliverables with teams and partners.
Prepare concise summaries, reports, and timelines.
Help organize strategic meetings, workshops, and brand reviews.
Manage internal coordination to ensure deadlines and standards are met.
Design and prepare presentations for executive and external audiences.
Support in crafting narratives, one-pagers, and announcement content.
Ensure consistency across all internal and external brand communications.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field
4–7 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or research
Skilled in Google Workspace, PowerPoint, or Keynote
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-collaboration environment
